If I call you, am I going to get to speak with a real person? Or will I get a recording or get put on hold for a long time?

We are a Canadian family owned and operated business. This means you always get to speak to a real person - just hit extension 3 when you call! We can even help with troubleshooting on the phone. 


What are your service qualifications?

Great question! There’s no certification required to service dishwasher or glasswasher machines, so it’s important to check technician experience. Our technicians have been working on these machines for 35 years. We’ve seen it all and can fix almost anything.

Billing & Payment

Can you save me money?

Yes! We’re able to keep our prices lower than the big companies because we stock most parts in our service vehicles and can fix almost any issue with one visit. This saves our customers down time for their equipment and money as there is only one service trip necessary. Also, we buy direct from equipment manufacturers and have preferred pricing that we forward to our customers. Same goes for chemicals and dishmachine and glasswasher purchases.

How does billing work?

You’ll be invoiced through email immediately after your service call. 

What kind of payment options do you offer?

You can pay by cheque, e-transfer, credit card, cash, EFT.

Can I pay my bill in person at your office?

Our office is not open to the public. We accept cheques, cash (in person at your location), e-transfer, EFT, credit card.
